Break? What Break?

Merry X-Mas, Hanukah, Kwanzaa, Yule, or whatever the hell you celebrate. Happy Holidays to all, especially those of you who can manage to leave two messages on my answering machine at the same time.

This is a reminder that Bitter The Clown's Happy Fun-Time Show is broadcasting over the break. Specifically, BTCHFTS is braodcasting tonight. Therefore, you should cancel any plans you had, sit down at the computer at 8:00, and become educated by your intellectual, physical, and moral superior.

Happy Holidays!

The Growl wishes everyone a happy holiday season full of good food, warm companionship, and fond memories.

OK, I have to gag myself now. But seriously, have a safe and happy holiday season, and we'll be seeing everyone again soon!

I have to say "thanks" to Kalim for posting! Everyone should use the blog for their own stuff, as long as it's Growl stuff. Happy holidays!

Helloooo everyone

Hey there all you growlers, none of you know me because I have never been to any meetings, but I promise I will come to the next one fasho. I'm not sure if this is what the blog is for or if its just "OFFICIAL" business only, but I'd just like to introduce myself. Anyways my name is Kalim (kuh-LEEM) and I think I'm going to try to start a show next as soon as break is over. I look forward to meeting everyone and until then, rock on.

Winter Shows

Well, here we are at the end of a semester yet again. Everyone is going home for the holidays and the Growl studio will be a little colder during the winter months. But don't distress dear listeners, because a few of your faithful Growlers will be broadcasting during the long hibernation.

  • All the Best You've Never Heard: Tuesdays 6p-8p
  • Bitter the Clown's Happy Fun-Time Show: Wednesdays 8p-10p

We may have a special show beginning in the winter months, so be sure to listen.

Happy holidays everyone!

Next Growl Meeting

I was just wondering if the information on the web is correct. It says the next meeting is Thursday, January 6, 2005 at 7:00pm. Classes don't start until the following Monday so I'm sure some growlers might not be back to attend it. Anyway thats it. Good luck with finals everybody.

Holy Crap!

Wow, I didn't notice that so many more people joined the blog until today. Now, if we can get the ball rolling, this could be a great thing!

If you know of a show or event that you want everyone to know about, post it here and talk about it on your show. Talk about the blog and the post on your show too! Use it for communicating with your listeners. Think outside the box!

Basically, I want to see more posts than just those from Andy, Ben and myself.

Thank-you card for the new CPU

As I said at the meeting, the Darr family has donated money for a new CPU. We should send them a thank-you note. I will buy a card tomorrow and place it in the control room before noon tomorrow. Please sign it! I'll pick it up on Friday afternoon.
